By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform or completing a purchase.

1. About Our Platform

Auto Parts Market is an online marketplace that connects customers with trusted automotive parts suppliers across the UAE and GCC.

Each supplier is responsible for providing product data, including descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing.

Auto Parts Market lists products based on information provided by its suppliers and does not independently verify every detail.

Auto Parts Market manages and coordinates the logistics and delivery process for all orders across the UAE and GCC.

We facilitate transactions between customers and suppliers but do not manufacture the products listed on the platform.

2. Your Account

You may need an account to place or track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, violate these Terms, or breach applicable laws.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you enter into an agreement for the purchase of goods supplied by independent suppliers via the Auto Parts Market platform.

All prices are based on supplier pricing and may vary between listings
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed
Auto Parts Market does not store or have access to your full payment card details

Product Availability and Price Changes

Product availability and supplier pricing may change after an order has been placed.

If a product becomes unavailable, cannot be sourced, or if the supplier or market price increases to a level exceeding the purchase price paid by the customer, Auto Parts Market reserves the right to cancel the affected item or the entire order.

In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method and should normally be processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time at which the funds become available may depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Auto Parts Market is responsible for coordinating and fulfilling deliveries across the UAE and GCC.

Delivery timelines and costs are displayed at checkout
Estimated delivery time is always shown on the product page
UAE deliveries are typically completed within 1–3 business days
Western Region deliveries may take 2–5 business days
GCC deliveries are typically completed within 5–10 business days
GCC shipping costs are calculated based on parcel weight and destination

If an order includes multiple items with different delivery times, the order will be delivered based on the item with the longest estimated delivery time.

Orders may be delivered in separate shipments when necessary.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Auto Parts Market's reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier delays, customs procedures, public holidays, or force majeure events.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Warranty

Return, replacement, and warranty policies are defined by the supplier of each product.

Auto Parts Market facilitates and supports the returns process, but final decisions regarding eligibility remain with the supplier.

Please note:

Products marked as “Non-Refundable” on the product page cannot be returned, in accordance with the supplier's policy
Electrical parts are non-returnable and are not covered under warranty unless otherwise explicitly stated
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Auto Parts Market
Products must be returned in the condition required under the applicable supplier's return policy
Auto Parts Market may assist in resolving disputes but is not the final decision-maker in supplier-specific claims

Return Charges

For an approved customer return, a return handling charge of AED 30 plus 10% of the value of the returned product will apply.

This amount will be deducted from the refund payable to the customer.

Any original shipping, delivery, customs, or other charges may also be non-refundable where applicable, unless the return results from an error attributable to Auto Parts Market or as otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product information. However, listings are created and maintained using information provided by independent suppliers.

Auto Parts Market does not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, specifications, stock information, pricing, or compatibility data are error-free, complete, or continuously up to date.

Product images may be illustrative and may differ from the actual product supplied.

If you are unsure about product fitment, compatibility, specification, or application, please contact us before placing an order.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Provide false or misleading information
Engage in fraudulent or illegal transactions
Violate intellectual property rights
Harass suppliers, Auto Parts Market representatives, or other users
Attempt to scrape, extract, copy, access, interfere with, or disrupt platform data, systems, databases, or software without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block accounts involved in such activities and may take further action where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AutoPartsMarket.ae — including logos, graphics, images, text, database content, website design, and software — is the property of Auto Parts Market or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, scrape, or reuse any content without prior written consent from Auto Parts Market.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or completing a purchase through AutoPartsMarket.ae, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Completion of a purchase constitutes the customer's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time the order is placed.
