By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. About Our Platform
Auto Parts Market is an online marketplace that connects customers with trusted automotive parts vendors across the UAE. Each vendor is responsible for listing, pricing, and delivering their own products.
We facilitate the transaction between you and the vendor, but we do not own or sell the products listed.
2. Your Account
You may need an account to place or track orders. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the platform, breach these Terms, or violate applicable laws.
3. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you’re entering an agreement directly with the vendor supplying that product.
- All prices are set by vendors and may vary between listings.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways.
- An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed.
Auto Parts Market does not store or have access to your full payment card information.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery options and costs are displayed before checkout and depend on distance, item size, and courier service.
Orders from different vendors may arrive separately. When you order multiple items from the same vendor, shipping is automatically optimized.
Most deliveries are completed same-day or next-day across the UAE. Vendors are responsible for shipping updates and order tracking.
5. Returns, Replacements, and Warranty
Return and warranty requests must be made directly with the vendor that sold the item. Each vendor follows its own return policy, which you can review under our Return & Warranty Policy page.
Please note:
- Electrical parts are non-returnable and not covered under warranty.
- Auto Parts Market is not liable for disputes between customers and vendors but may assist in resolving issues when possible.
6. Product Information
We aim to display accurate product details, but listings are created by independent vendors.
Auto Parts Market cannot guarantee that every description or image is error-free or complete.
If you’re unsure about fitment or compatibility, contact us before purchasing.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraud or illegal transactions
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Harass vendors or users
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or hack data from our site
We may suspend or permanently block accounts involved in such activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on AutoPartsMarket.ae - including logos, graphics, images, text, and software - belongs to Auto Parts Market or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of the website without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Auto Parts Market provides the platform “as is.” We are not responsible for:
- Product defects, delays, or inaccurate listings
- Losses caused by vendor actions or third-party services
- Indirect or consequential damages of any kind
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, business processes, or legal requirements.
When we do, we’ll post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by UAE courts.
